With a taste for music and pintuta, grown both arts. His beginnings in the catering and decoration failed to distract from the painting to which he devotes his spare time. Self-taught in their infancy and as a student of Coll Soto Mayor, Torrens and Onofre Prohens Xim, soon discovered that copy other artists was not for him, he needed to speak in their own way, and an evening that left several paintings, cloth and an easel to the countryside, he painted an olive tree and so it was that started it all: he had found his favorite subject, the olive. Although at first did not dare to expose, to through his shop was selling his paintings to the point of becoming almost a gallery. Today his works are scattered throughout the world in many private collections. Escudero Basil's work is marked by the matter worked to get the right tone, his palette, broad and rich, nuanced color to achieve the exact shade. The creator of atmospheres, lights and transparencies, descriptor of mountains bathed in light.
